Maria Tellez
I’m excited to join The Academy of Alameda as the new middle school Spanish teacher and to help restart our Spanish program. I’m an immigrant from Mexico, and my journey has taught me that education is one of the most precious gifts we can offer our children. I recently learned to swim, still practicing, and I bring that same spirit of growth to my classroom. My family is my rock and the joy of my life, and I look forward to partnering with you to create a warm, culturally rich learning experience for our students.
